We create accurate topographic maps from the information we collect from our detail-oriented surveying team and our extensive property research at local municipal offices. We then work with you to transform these drawings of existing conditions into whatever design our clients need, regardless of the scope.
Site Development
Once we have the design, we continue to work with you and keep updated information as the site changes throughout all stages of construction and development. If additional work is needed, we can pick up right where we left off.
Project Management
When we get involved in a project, we make sure it is done correctly. If that requires us to manage the entire project, we have the experience and connection within the local community to make that happen.
Municipal Projects
We have experience doing municipal projects and are familiar with navigating the process (grants, approvals, etc.) Some notable projects we have done in this area involve the streetscape in Falls Village, the Robertson Plaza in Norfolk, and the streetscape in North Canaan. Structural Design
In addition to the overall site layout and design, we are also able to do structural studies and calculations to be sure each building is built to code.
Soil Studies
Soil studies, perc/sieve tests, etc. for projects involving groundwater management/retention are all done in-house by us. This ensures the most accurate and up-to-date information possible.
Storm-water Management
Whether it is for a driveway that doesn’t drain properly, or an entire municipal storm-water drainage system that has to be redone, we have the experience and ability to ensure storm-water is managed properly.
